Celtic Notary offers Remote I-9 Verification, Re-Verification, & Notary Services. We are a trained and verified Employment Agent authorized to verify I-9 Forms with the use of the US Federal Government's E-Verify system.

Remote I-9 Verification
Verification is completed with E-Verify, the US Federal DHS database. Same day appointments are available. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions. You can book your appointment as soon as you complete your purchase. Appointments are guaranteed within two business days of your purchase, even if our Booking Calendar is full.
Remote I-9 Re-Verification
Employers must keep a completed I-9 form on file for each employee. The forms must be filed with copies of the identity documents used by the employee to complete their original I-9 form. If your employee I-9 files are incomplete, you must re-verify. Re-Verification is completed with E-Verify, the US Federal DHS database. If re-verifying more than five employees, the price is only $35.00 per employee. If re-verifying more than fifty employees, the price is $30.00 per employee. I-9 Verification Monthly Plans
Save money with a monthly plan. The two pricing tiers are $150.00 per month, for up to five I-9 verifications and $300.00 per month for up to ten I-9 verifications. Remote Notary Service
Remote, secure and fast online notary service by a licensed and bonded notary. Pricing is per page. You are only charged for pages requiring a notary seal. All notarized documents include a certificate at no additional cost. Bulk discounts are available. Email info@celticnotary.com for more information.
