When we say “Celtic Notary,” we mean Celtic Notary, a registered trade name of Clonmeen LLC and any other subsidiaries that exist now or will in the future and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents. We also refer to “Celtic Notary” as “we,” “us,” and “our.” When we refer to “Celtic Notary,” we also mean its suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
When we say “Celtic Notary sites,” we mean www.celticnotary.com, any associated apps and all related functionality, services, and content offered by or for Celtic Notary or through www.celticnotary.com and any associated apps or the systems, servers, and networks used to make the Celtic Notary sites available.
Prohibited Use and Activities
The following activities are prohibited; breaking any applicable state or federal laws; spamming or scamming the service or other users; hacking or tampering with Celtic Notary sites or apps; or violating copyright laws.

All original logos, graphics and text on Celtic Notary is owned by us and protected by the United States and International copyright laws. Celtic Notary , www.celticnotary.com (and any other trademarks owned by Celtic Notary), and their respective designs, logos are either trademarks, registered trademarks or original graphics of Celtic Notary and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Celtic Notary. Furthermore, Celtic Notary retains all ownership rights to all original graphics as artistic works, including marketing, copyright and exhibition rights.
None of the materials and intellectual property described in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Celtic Notary . Services and Confidentiality
Celtic Notary offers remote verifications and re-verifications of US Form I-9 and notary services. All services are carried out with tamper-proof, secure software. Verifications and re-verifications of I-9 Forms involve the use of the US Federal governments E-Verify service. For more information, please visit https://www.e-verify.gov/. Remote notary services are performed through Notary Hub. Please visit https://notaryhub.com/ for more information. Monthly services offered by Celtic Notary may be cancelled immediately. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of signing up and paying for a Monthly Save Plan, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your plan before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for another month of service unless you restart your monthly plan. You may cancel your plan by logging into your account, at www.celticnotary.com, or by contacting Celtic Notary directly, via email, at info@celticnotary.com or by calling the main telephone number, at 206-468-1498.
All information provided to Celtic Notary during verifications of US Form I-9 or while notarizing documents will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be shared unless federal, state or local laws require the sharing of this information. All documents and recordings pertaining to the services provided by Celtic Notary will be held for seven years and will then be destroyed.
Privacy Policy

This information may include marketing information. Any emailed marketing information will include the option to opt out of receiving any more marketing emails. You also have the right to opt out of any marketing information sent to you via social media and any marketing information you receive via social media will include explicit instructions on how to opt out of receiving further marketing information. Pricing and Payments
All purchases at www.celticnotary.com must be made in US Dollars. Available payment methods will be listed on your “Checkout” page. Celtic Notary uses SquareUp.com for payment processing. All purchases are final. All prices listed on www.celticnotary.com are listed in US Dollars and do not include any applicable sales’ tax. We collect sales’ tax where we are obligated to do so.
Promotional Codes
Occasionally promotional codes will be available. When these codes are available, they will be posted on www.celticnotary.com or emailed directly to you. Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes are invalid where prohibited by law. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any promotional code.
Limitations of Liabilities and Disputes
Celtic Notary is not responsible for damages you may suffer due to accessing our services. In the event that a dispute arises, please contact Celtic Notary to resolve the dispute via email, at info@celticnotary.com.
Changes or Amendments to the Agreement
Our Terms of Use agreement is subject to change. If we change our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement, we will post the revised Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement on our website, www.celticnotary.com. The new Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement will be effective immediately upon posting.
